This guy might not look very happy but the guys who run Tehran’s metro are laughing. Less than 5 years old and 2 million riders every day.

And likely to increase as sanctions drive up the cost of petrol. But then all those riders will be fucked because those sanctions will likely prevent replacement parts for the subway cars. And then there will be a huge accident and it will be our fault but we won’t accept responsibility.
